    Job Description

    - Job details:

    1. Inventory management
    • Receive goods and materials from suppliers.
    • Check the quantity, type, and condition of the goods.
    • Inspect incoming goods, sign for confirmation, and coordinate with the warehouse accountant to complete the warehouse receipt.
    • Arrange the goods in the correct positions.
    1. Inventory management
    • Carry out the shipment according to the approved delivery note.
    • Check the quantity and type of items before delivery.
    • Track shipments for construction projects and customers.
    • Track the materials issued to each construction project.
    • Coordinate with the construction team in the handover and retrieval of materials and equipment.
    1. Inventory management
    • Monitor and control the actual inventory levels in the warehouse.
    • Report on long-standing inventory and slow-moving goods.
    • We suggest purchasing additional supplies when supplies are running low.
    • Provide actual inventory data for the purpose of preparing inventory reports (inflow, outflow, and stock levels).
    1. Inventory check
    • Conduct periodic or unscheduled inventories.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse accountant to reconcile inventory data with book records.
    • Report discrepancies and propose solutions.
    1. Warehouse security
    • Store goods and equipment in the warehouse.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organize the warehouse systematically.
    • Comply with workplace safety and fire prevention regulations.
    1. Document management
    • Sign to confirm receipt of goods as required.
    • Store and hand over warehouse receipts, warehouse delivery notes, and related documents to the accounting department as required.
    1. Power
    • Proposals for reorganizing and renovating warehouses to improve management efficiency.
    • Propose action against those who violate warehouse management regulations.
    • Refuse to import or export goods if the documentation is incomplete or has not been approved according to regulations.
    • Proposals for handling damaged, missing, or long-standing stockpiled goods.

    - Job requirements:

    • Gender: Male, in good health.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience.
    • Graduated from vocational school or higher.
    • Proficient in Excel.
    • Careful, honest, and responsible.
