Receive purchase requests.
Research the market, find product sources and compare reviews between suppliers in the Chinese market.
Deploy and monitor purchases to ensure on schedule.
Manage warehouse and check inventory and make import proposals.
Work directly with Chinese suppliers to handle issues related to imported orders if goods are defective or orders are not on schedule.
Update information related to NCCs: Capacity, products, delivery time, after-sales service, development potential... to choose the NCC that best suits your requirements.
Find new distributors for each item to have more choices and also to avoid risks when traditional distributors have problems.
Update market developments, consult the Board of Directors on response directions, and propose timely solutions.
Build and update purchasing database, develop new sources of supply, and plan supplier evaluation.
Manage the achievement of cost savings targets and raw material inventory reduction targets.
Ensure transparent and public purchasing, avoiding conflicts of interest.
Update new legal documents and policies related to the goods being purchased. Make sure to always comply with legal regulations when purchasing.
Make reports according to company regulations.
Perform other tasks upon request from the Head of Department & Board of Directors.
Job requirements:
Graduated from universities or colleges in logistics, international business, business administration, or some related major.
At least 1 year of experience in purchasing in the Chinese market.
Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing skills).
Priority is given to those who have lived and worked in China.
Have 1 year of experience in the field of purchasing, knowledgeable about the Chinese market
Priority will be given to those with experience in purchasing fashion jewelry and accessories
Right
Competitive probationary salary upto 15 million. After probation, salary is evaluated based on ability upto 10 million-20 million
