Job Description

- Job details:

Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the checkout process.
Payment can be collected via cash, bank card, e-wallet, or other payment methods.
Verify and accurately enter product information into the system.
Print and deliver invoices to customers.
Count the cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
Compare revenue figures and prepare income and expenditure reports as required.
Address basic customer inquiries related to payment.
Safeguard cash, receipts, and cashier equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to handle returns or any issues that arise.

- Job requirements:

Possesses basic math and computer skills.
Honest, careful, and responsible in their work.
Communicate politely and in a friendly manner with customers.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preference will be given to candidates with cashier or sales experience.
Communication and customer service skills.
Cash management skills.
Skills in using point-of-sale (POS) software.
Problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
High accuracy and concentration.
