Recruitment: planning and implementing recruitment and reporting to the Board of Directors (searching for candidates, receiving resumes, screening, summarizing interview results, ....)
Labor management: monitoring and carrying out procedures for signing labor contracts, procedures for terminating labor contracts at the Company.
Policy and regime: develop salary regulations and directly calculate salary at the Company.
Personnel work: monitoring and implementing procedures for proposing salary increase, appointment, dismissal, and staff mobilization
Reporting, planning human resources and building the Company's salary fund, paying salaries to employees.
Clerical work: managing and using seals, opening a book to keep track of incoming correspondence and dispatches and coordinating each relevant department, keeping records and outgoing dispatches.
