    Job Description

    1. JOB DETAILS:
    • Answer fanpage, phone, email... to advise customers about the Company's services that customers are looking for.
    • Receive support calls in case customers want to learn about the Company's services.
    • Consulting on sponsorship of relatives for US immigration, US travel consulting.
    • Consulting customers in the fields of: Passport renewal, visa application - visa exemption....
    • Perform related tasks as assigned by superiors
    => No experience in processing documents required, training will be provided from the beginning

    2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
    • Education level: College degree or higher
    • English: have reading and writing skills
    • Fixed shift, Able to work night shift
    • Have at least 06 months of experience in consulting and customer care
    • No experience in the field of settlement, visa, passport required, experience in service is an advantage
    • Probationary period: work at the office, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, off Sunday
    • Official: work from home, 7:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m., off 1 day/week

    3. BENEFITS:
    • Income: From 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND
