Job Description

- Job details:

Greeting customers at the service counter, advising on products, and seeking out and developing customers who need the company's products and services.

Provide customer service to existing customers, answer their questions, and cross-sell new products.

Proactively contact and meet with new customers from the assigned customer care data list.

Prepare a daily report summarizing the work and activities you completed during the day.

- Job requirements:

Experience in sales, customer service, and telesales is preferred.

If you have no prior experience, you will receive hands-on training.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, male or female; having a driving license is an advantage.

Location: 435 Kim Nguu Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi
