JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receive hot data daily from Marketing and Chat department (customers who have researched and are interested in the School's courses)
Call to exploit new customer information, introduce the training program, answer questions and convince customers to register for the course
Re-exploit old data sources to close customers and advise on other courses
Customer care, support students with admission procedures and complaint handling
Continuously monitor potential customers for timely care plans
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30 from Monday - Friday, Saturday from 8:00 – 16:30

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

22 - 30 years old, graduated from high school or higher
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience working in Telesale, Customer Care positions
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Education, Beauty, Spa environments.
Female preferred, gentle, polite, easy to listen voice
Can grasp psychology, persuade customers directly and over the phone
Can work overtime at home (with allowance) and withstand work pressure
