- We provide consultation using 100% data of potential students (hot leads) provided by our Marketing team (who have left their information and expressed interest in learning about the course).
- We provide phone calls and text messages to advise on a Data Analysis learning path that suits students' needs (career guidance, skill enhancement).
- Providing support and answering students' questions during the consultation process and after course registration.
- Record basic feedback from students and forward it to the responsible team (no in-depth analysis required).
- Job requirements:
- Preference will be given to candidates with 3 months or more of experience in telesales or customer service .
- Age range: 18-25 years old
- Clear and easy-to-understand voice; good communication skills, ability to listen and persuade .
