SALES STAFF RECRUITMENT
Position: Recruitment Sales Staff
Department: Sales / Admissions
Reports to: Admissions Team Leader or Branch Manager
Work location: [1 of 3 company branches]
- Provide study program consultation to students and parents via phone, directly at the center or via online channels.
- Take care of potential customers during the course research process and convince them to register.
- Track and update student information, maintain relationships to support and advise on next courses (resale).
- Participate in marketing activities, recruitment events, seminars, and livestreams to introduce the program.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly enrollment data as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments (Academic Affairs, Academics) to ensure the best student experience.
- Graduated from High School/College/University (priority given to Business, Marketing, Pedagogy, English,...).
- Experience in the field of admissions consulting, sales, customer care is an advantage.
- Good communication, good persuasion, customer service mindset.
- Basic office computer skills and use of social networking platforms, CRM.
- Agile, progressive and responsible.
- Income: Fixed salary + sales bonus + re-enrollment bonus.
(Average income from 815 million/month depending on ability)
