- Consulting on building and improving processes, ensuring the completeness, effectiveness and efficiency of the document system), especially the contract management process before and after signing

+ Advise managers on the process of building, measuring and analyzing service quality assessment indicators and process compliance control measures
+ Plan, coordinate, implement and periodically report process compliance control activities and internal assessments
+ Manage, monitor, handle and periodically report reminders, warnings and non-conformities
+ Periodically evaluate and report the level of process compliance to the management board
- Propose and implement programs/projects to improve service quality, increase productivity, or optimize costs
- Other tasks of the department as assigned by direct manager
