Proactively understand the course content, target audience, and expected outcomes to provide accurate advice tailored to individual needs.
Searching for, building, and developing a pool of potential students: leveraging the company's existing data while proactively expanding to new sources (personal networks, professional groups, school partnerships, businesses, etc.). Monitoring, categorizing, and managing customer lists to optimize enrollment efficiency.
We provide care and support to students throughout the entire process, from initial contact and registration to course participation: answering questions, assisting with registration procedures, reminding them of class schedules, handling any issues that arise, and maintaining relationships after the course to develop a pool of repeat students or referrals.
Coordinate and organize recruitment activities such as workshops, webinars, and course launch events: participate in content preparation, contact guests/students, support event operations, and monitor and leverage the client list after the event.
Collaborate with the marketing department to implement recruitment campaigns: contribute content ideas, provide feedback on data quality, and optimize messaging to suit different target groups.
Monitor enrollment progress, update work results periodically; proactively propose solutions to improve enrollment efficiency and enhance the student experience.
