MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Operate machinery directly, ensuring that the established production process is followed correctly.
- Monitor the operational status and perform maintenance on machinery and equipment during the production process.
- Receive and implement machinery-related production plans as directed by superiors.
- Maintain and take care of the company's equipment and tools throughout the work process.
- Keep the production line/work area tidy and clean.
- Comply with and ensure workplace safety when operating the equipment.
- Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor.
REQUEST:- Have at least one year of experience in a related field.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts (8-hour or 12-hour shifts).
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Operations Management, knowledge of Production Processes, understanding of Responsibilities, and problem-solving abilities.
- We also consider factors such as: experience working with machine operation, understanding of food, knowledge of other production-related processes, and a thorough understanding of production procedures.
