    Job Description

    • Thoroughly inspect the condition of processing machinery and equipment before production, including checking the cleanliness of the machines and their technical specifications to ensure stable operation.
    • Check the auxiliary conditions provided to the machinery and equipment.
    • Operate the machine according to the instructions for each area: pouring, mixing, blending, etc.
    • Monitor the equipment's operating status throughout the process to address any issues promptly and prevent negative impacts on production.
    • Maintain complete records on all forms and documents during the production process.
    • Monitor the quality and parameters of finished products to ensure they meet technical requirements (Spec).
    • Monitor, address, and report non-conformities in the production process to superiors.
    • Implement and maintain industrial hygiene, food hygiene, occupational safety, and fire prevention and control at the workplace.
    • Implement measures to conserve and use supplies, tools, and raw materials economically during the production process.
    • Comply with the requirements of ISO-HACCP, GMP, and other systems.
    • Comply with factory regulations and company rules.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
