A. Health care work
Monitor and manage employee health records , organize periodic health check-ups and occupational disease examinations.
Provide first aid to workers in case of work accidents or sudden illnesses.
Manage and dispense drugs, medical equipment, medicine cabinets , ensuring adequate quantity and quality.
Monitor the situation of illness and occupational accidents , periodically report to the Board of Directors and health authorities when necessary.
Coordinate with the Environmental Safety Department to promote and guide personal hygiene, disease prevention, and food safety .
Check and remind workers to comply with hygiene regulations, wear uniforms and protective gear before entering the production area.
Receive, classify, sign, issue and store factory documents, files and records according to regulations.
Record and manage incoming and outgoing documents , ensuring smooth, accurate and secure document flow.
Draft, print, photocopy, scan, stamp all types of documents, decisions, and administrative forms as required.
Store personnel, administrative, occupational safety, medical, and food hygiene records in accordance with regulations and for easy retrieval.
Manage office supplies, files, filing cabinets, and seals as assigned.
Coordinate with the Human Resources department in timekeeping, tracking employee leave, sick leave, and maternity leave .
Support organizing internal activities: health promotion, hygiene, union movement, birthdays, meetings.
Support security department in checking and monitoring entry and exit to production area when necessary.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
