JOB DETAILS:
The main responsibilities include preparing, marinating, and cooking dishes according to the menu, while ensuring the quality and presentation of the food.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, marinate, and cook dishes according to the menu requirements.
- Ensure the quality of the food, attractive presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Manage and control raw materials, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality for cooking.
- Clean the kitchen area and cooking utensils, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
REQUEST:
- Preference will be given to candidates with cooking experience, especially in stir-fried dishes, appetizers, or dishes made with shellfish and seafood.
- They are quick learners, enthusiastic, and responsible in their work.
- You can work one of two shifts (Morning shift: 11am-9pm, Afternoon shift: 2pm-12am).
- Preference will be given to candidates who are in good health and able to work under pressure.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: a polite demeanor, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: kitchen assistant, cook, and head chef roles.
