    Job Description

    - Job details:

    + To manage and be directly accountable to the Board of Members for the exercise of his/her rights and obligations;

    + Collaborate with the management team and other departments to organize training and development sessions for employees;

    + Manage staff and develop talent to ensure the best possible results are achieved;

    + Evaluate the performance of the various departments within the company;

    + Meeting, contacting, and negotiating with partners, suppliers, and relevant government agencies; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, contacting and meeting with customers and partners;

    + Implement the company's business plan and investment and development strategy;

    + Report the company's performance results to the Board of Directors and the Board of Members;

    + Perform other tasks and duties as directed by the Board of Directors and the Board of Members.

    - Job requirements:

    - Qualifications required: No degree required, but a person with in-depth knowledge of business administration and general management methods is needed.

    - Experience requirements: At least 3 years of experience working as a Deputy Director or in a similar position.

    - Other requirements:

    + Possesses effective presentation and negotiation skills;

    + Proficient in Chinese and English for communication, negotiation, and contract signing with foreign partners and clients, primarily from China.

    + Possesses management and leadership skills, vision, direction, and the ability to develop company strategies.

    - Working period: From July 25, 2026 to July 24, 2028

    - Workplace location : House No. 16, N5 subdivided residential area, Lane 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
