    Job Description

    Establish, monitor and coordinate production plans on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

    Control production progress, ensure on-time delivery to customers.

    Analyze production capacity, balance machinery, human resources and raw materials.

    Closely coordinate with departments: production, warehouse, purchasing, QA/QC to handle problems arising in progress.

    Synthesize progress reports, provide early warning of risks of delays and propose solutions.

    Participate in building and standardizing planning processes.

    Support the Head of Department in managing and operating all planning activities.
