Product Strategy and Planning
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend their integration into product strategies.
Product Development Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with developer, design, and analyst teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Hands-on Problem Solving: Diagnose complex technical challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Partner with the development team to address performance and security concerns.
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance using data-driven metrics and optimization proposals.
- Proactively recommend technical improvements and system optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between developer, design, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences. Provide product training and resources.

Candidate requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or technical leadership role.
