    Job Description

    Job details:

    • Manage and oversee all store operations.
    • Train and manage sales staff, ensuring they have a solid understanding of products and sales skills.
    • Manage inventory, ensuring that goods are always in sufficient stock and arranged neatly and systematically.
    • Control revenue and expenses, and report business results periodically.
    • Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety for the store.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

    Job requirements:

    • At least one year of experience in a store management position or equivalent role is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in the retail industry.
    • Excellent management, leadership, and operational skills.
    • The ability to plan, organize, and implement work effectively.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • The ability to solve problems and handle situations quickly and efficiently.
    • Hardworking, honest, and responsible in their work.
