Manage the restaurant's daily operations to ensure that tasks and results meet company targets.
Ensure that each customer receives the best possible customer service, improve and maintain friendly service, and promptly meet customer needs.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of restaurant staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
Develop employee training plans.
Scheduling work shifts increases efficiency, productivity, and control over the company's labor costs.
Ensure that food and goods storage in stores is well-controlled, free from waste, and complies with food safety regulations.
Control the cost of raw materials used in the restaurant, ensuring it does not exceed the company's set budget.
Monitor the restaurant's budget, revenue, and expenses and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Develop training plans for personnel to ensure compliance with regulations related to food hygiene and safety, and occupational health and safety.
Collaborate with the marketing department to implement company programs.
Participate in professional development training courses for organizations or partnerships.
Instruct staff to comply with security and fire safety regulations.
Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the quantity and quality of cakes sold meet requirements.
Manage assets, equipment, and tools used in the work process. (Cleaning, proper storage, regular maintenance, etc.)
Evaluate and report employee performance to the Operations Director.
Build good relationships with employees within the department and foster teamwork with other departments.
Prepare reports as required or as requested by the Chief Operating Officer.
Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Job requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates with a vocational school, college, or university degree.
Practical experience (1-3 years in a similar position), human resource management skills, financial/sales mindset, and flexible problem-solving skills.
