Job Description

- Job details:

Job objective: Manage and coordinate production, construction, and delivery activities at the factory and construction sites, ensuring progress, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Main job description:

Planning for production and construction;
Manage a team of 5 people involved in timekeeping and payroll;
Managing purchasing, materials, and suppliers.
Compile expenses, supporting documents, and internal reports.
We take care of the food, accommodation, hygiene, and finances for the workers when they go to the construction site.
Having work experience on construction sites is an advantage;

- Job requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required ( a letter of recommendation from your previous employer is recommended ).
Primarily responsible for business results.
They have a digitized way of thinking and use the internet a lot.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in manufacturing, construction, interior design, or real-world construction environments.
Proficient in office software: Msoft, Photoshop, AI.
Knowing how to take product photos with a phone is a basic requirement. If you have more talent, that will be added to your salary.
English or Chinese is an advantage; basic skills are sufficient as there is someone to assist you.
Prefer housing that is not too far from the workplace.
Keep the entire workshop neat and tidy;
No personal commitments when the company needs to deploy staff to a construction site for about 1 to 2 weeks;
Candidates who fit BB's culture have the following work habits: exercise regularly, are used to waking up early, don't need a midday nap, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and keep filing cabinets and computer hard drives logically organized.

Salary: 20 – 30 million VND.
