JOB DETAILS: The Digitalization Project Manager position is a crucial part of IT projects. The Digitalization Project Manager will be primarily responsible for implementing and completing the digitalization project on schedule and to the required quality standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Planning the implementation of a digitalization project:
- Develop a detailed plan including the time, personnel, and equipment needed, and identify key milestones according to the project's required schedule.
- Assign tasks to project members and optimize workflows.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment between plan and actual implementation.
- Guide, train, and motivate employees to achieve high performance.
- Forecast and control emerging risks that may affect project progress. Coordinate with stakeholders to handle unforeseen situations.
- Adjust the plan to ensure timely and quality completion as required by the project.
- Prepare project acceptance documents.
- Prepare a cost estimate for a digitization project: calculate the cost for each work item.
- Manage and report cost data according to project progress.
- Risk control helps avoid incurring additional costs.
- Propose a contingency plan for costs.
- Understanding the technical requirements of the contract is crucial for proper implementation.

- Verify and assess the quality of digitized data (data entry, document scanning, format conversion) to ensure the required accuracy.

- Technical and Infrastructure Support: Assisting with technical issues related to software, scanning systems, data storage, and information security.
- Reporting: Prepare work reports on the project status for your supervisor.
REQUEST:- Age: 28 and above.
- Possesses specialized knowledge in Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunications, understanding of IT, computer networks, server security, and data storage.
- Experience working on digitization, data entry, or data management projects is a plus.
- Capable of planning, budgeting, cost management, and progress reporting.
- Proficient in office tools, content management systems (CMS), or specialized software.
