Job Description

Supervise and manage all production activities at the factory. Control, staff, machinery and all production processes to ensure compliance with plans and goals.
Make production plans and organize work assignments, guide and urge workers to work to ensure on schedule and quality requirements.
Monitor the work performance of employees in the department; Responsible for, at the same time, timekeeping and productivity for workers, evaluating work results according to the time period specified by the Company.
Control the production process of goods to meet quality standards by following the production steps specified by the research and development department. Ensuring the quality of input materials and finished products for all manufactured products.
Propose solutions to improve processes and reduce production costs.
Coordinate with related departments to solve production problems or adjust production for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and organize the arrangement of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products at the factory. Manage the use, cleaning, and maintenance of workshops and equipment in the workshop.
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on production progress to the company director.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
