    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Simple video editing and cutting based on a theme.
    • Edit video thumbnails.
    • Ensure the video meets content requirements and SEO standards.
    • Monitor video performance and analyze metrics to optimize your channel.

    - Job requirements:

    • Basic Photoshop skills are required.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
    • Hardworking, responsible, and passionate about creative work.
    • Candidates with experience in music production are preferred.
    • Candidates should submit samples of their work (which can be shared), including links to the samples in their CV, so that the relevant department can assess their suitability.

    - Benefits received:

    • Fixed Salary: 8,000,000 VND/Month.
    • View bonuses are awarded once the channel is monetized, and based on the total views on the channel from the first day to the last day of each month.
    • Working hours: 8 hours/day (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM). Monday to Saturday (Saturday afternoons end 1 hour early).
    • Lunar New Year Bonus: 1-3 Months' Salary (Depending on ability and length of service)
    • Attractive benefits: gifts for birthdays, International Women's Day (March 8th), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20th), Mid-Autumn Festival, and Lunar New Year; visits during illness, bereavement, and celebrations…
    • Closed on public holidays as stipulated by the State.
