JOB DETAILS: This position involves working and receiving training at the Binh Duong factory. Once you demonstrate the ability to work independently and receive recognition from your supervisor, you can choose to work at either the Ho Chi Minh City or Binh Duong office. Weekly meetings will be held at the Binh Duong factory, and travel between Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong will depend on job requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Respond to existing customer inquiries and seek out new customers.
- Conduct project surveys and meetings with clients to discuss design and manufacturing requirements for automated machinery.
- Prepare a quotation and present it to the client.
- Receive and handle customer complaints regarding product quality and delivery times.
- Monitor quotations submitted to clients, and process client confirmations until the order is received.
REQUEST:- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher allows for good communication with Japanese clients.
- Male, aged 27-35.
- Graduated from college or higher (majoring in mechanical engineering or automation control engineering).
- Experience in sales or equivalent is required.
- Possess knowledge of the structure of automated machines and their components (motors, servo motors, cylinders, sensors, etc.).
- Capable of reading and understanding technical documents, mechanical components, and manufacturing automated machinery.
- Be diligent and take the time to learn the job.
- Be sociable and open with your colleagues.
- Having a proactive attitude towards work.
- Prior experience working in Japan is preferred.
- Proficient in using office computer software.
