JOB DETAILS:
- Sales at high-end cosmetic showrooms in shopping malls (Vincom, Diamond, Aeon)
- Invite customers to try products at the showroom
- Do test skin care cosmetics for customers at the showroom
- Advising on suitable products for customers
- Working full-time in shifts - rotating shifts (shift 1: 9:30-17:30, shift 2: 14:00-22:00, 45-minute break between shifts).
REQUEST:
- Able to work in shifts
- At least 1-2 years of direct sales experience
- Passion for sales, % Big commission
- No experience in cosmetics/beauty will be trained from A->Z
RIGHT:
- Sales staff who do not know English: Hard salary 6 million + commission + hot bonus = 8 - 15 million/month + full welfare regime;
- Sales staff know English: Hard salary 7 million + commission + hot bonus = 10 - 20 million/month + full benefits;
- Probationary salary = 100% of official salary
- Do not deduct salary, apply sales on fixed salary;
- Rest 4-5 days/1 month;
- Full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance after probation + PVI insurance;
- Opportunities for development and promotion (Employees -> Store Manager);
- Trained in product knowledge and sales skills;

- Working directly with foreign sales professionals, best salesrs including Israel, Singapore.
