CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Thiết lập chiến lược chất lượng và đào tạo cho công ty, chuẩn hóa tất cả các quy trình, kỹ thuật, mẫu, thu thập các bài học kỹ thuật từ tất cả các dự án trong công ty, xây dựng wiki để công ty toàn cầu tham khảo, chia sẻ bài học kinh nghiệm từ tất cả các công ty ra nội bộ, kiểm soát nhóm QA & huấn luyện quản lý tuyến cho tiêu chuẩn, duy trì quy trình QMS hiện tại (mẫu/quy trình/tiêu chuẩn/KPI ...), giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng & tuân thủ, và đào tạo cho quản lý/nhà phát triển.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Making Quality and training strategy for company
- Standardize all process, technical, template
- Collect technical lesion learn from all project in company, making wiki for Global company to reference
- Sharing lesson learn from all companies to internal
- Control QA team & coaching line manager for standard
- Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI ...)
- Solving issue related to quality & compliance
- Training for manager/ developer
YÊU CẦU:
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
- Experience in standardization, create quality strategy and implement it.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Have knowledge/experience in project management and smart Agile/waterfall process
- Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system
- Graduated in IT
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Optional: Can speak Japanese
- Have knowledge/experience in PM/PMO and smart Agile/waterfall process is advantage
- Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>knowledge is plus
- Foreigner or Vietnamese
