    Job Description

    A. JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Installation, operation, transfer of new equipment and technology at customer's factory.
    • Resolve customer product or service problems; repair or adjust equipment for customers.
    • Recommend potential products or services for business by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    • Consult additional inventory products and services.
    • Handle product problems/malfunctions, provide suitable solutions and alternatives to customers in the fastest time..
    • Work with customer service manager to ensure consistent customer service is provided.

    B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • College/University graduate, priority given to majors in electricity, electronics, automation, mechanics
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of laser technology (priority), technical services, electricity/electronics - automation, repair, machine operation.
    • Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
    • Priority is given to those who are good at information and communication technology: hardware and application software. Capable of installing, operating and connecting machines to production lines, factory systems or improving.
    • Intermediate English or Intermediate Chinese preferred
