    Job Description

    Job description:

    • Verify potential customer information through online channels based on existing data provided by the clinic.
    • Make phone calls and provide online consultations to customers about the clinic's services; understand customer needs to provide appropriate advice. Schedule appointments and invite customers to the clinic.
    • Participate fully in all training sessions on professional knowledge, services, and technology.
    • Responsible for achieving assigned targets, ensuring quality standards for appointments, and maintaining daily/weekly productivity.
    • We invite customers to attend events organized by the clinic.
    • Prepare work reports as required.

    Request:

    • Energetic, passionate, and eager to take on challenges to increase revenue and acquire new knowledge.
    • The voice is pleasant to listen to, with clear pronunciation, no lisp, and no regional accent.
    • Good thinking skills and flexibility in interacting and communicating with customers.
    • Basic office computer skills.
    • Business trips to other provinces may be required (depending on the position, this will be discussed during the interview).
    • High school diploma or higher is accepted.

    Regime:

    • Basic salary + monthly KPI bonus. Unlimited earning potential, average 12-18 million VND.
    • Bonuses for holidays (New Year's Day, February 27th, March 10th, April 30th & May 1st, September 2nd, Lunar New Year), bonuses for other occasions (March 8th, October 20th), unexpected bonuses and 13th-month salary.
