Coordinate with Marketing, Business, Product Research and Development departments to discuss design ideas, packaging, boxes, labels, and decorative motifs for the Company's FMCG products (confectionery);
Ensure design ideas reflect the business's brand identity and are suitable for the tastes of target customers;
Participate in detailed design planning to ensure product launch progress;
Prepare printing files and work with suppliers to ensure final product quality;
Regularly update new design trends - create unique and eye-catching product packaging designs;
Manage and archive design documents, ensuring brand consistency;
Conceptualize and design projects requested by the Chairman including events, customer care activities, brand identity systems and Mesa Group product/publication needs;
