Job Description

Support receiving, processing information, questions, and customer feedback via phone, email, fanpage, and other online channels.

Call potential customers according to available list, remind appointments, invite to attend project events.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing departments to implement customer care campaigns.
Learn and understand knowledge about products, laws, and sales processes in the real estate field.
