Job Description

- Job details:

Support meeting and event preparations (venue setup, equipment, materials).
Design simple internal materials such as announcements, birthday posts, and event updates.
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative assets.
Support internal activities and employee engagement events.
Assist the Admin Leader in collecting documents, managing work permit documents for employees, and other assigned tasks.

- Job requirements:

Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Able to work independently and flexibly.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and supportive in teamwork.
