JOB DETAILS: Vina Green Pack is recruiting an Accounting Intern. This position requires data entry of invoices and accounting documents, verification and reconciliation of figures, and support in managing records.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Enter invoices and accounting documents into the system.
- Verify and compare the figures between the accounting records and the actual supporting documents.
- Assisting in managing and archiving accounting records and documents.
- Monitor revenue and expenditure transactions, accounts receivable and payable, and expenses.
- Assisting in preparing internal reports (expenses, revenue, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Perform other tasks as directed by the chief accountant.
REQUEST:- Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant internship or work experience (2 months or more).
- Proficient in using Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Knowing how to use accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc.) is an advantage.
- Careful, honest, with a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility in the job.
