Job Description:
- Post job ads on recruitment platforms, social networks, Facebook groups...
- Search, filter profiles and contact suitable candidates for each position.
- Call candidates for preliminary interviews over the phone.
- Analyze and research the positions that are being recruited to create appropriate recruitment content.
- Arrange interview schedules, support HR department during interview process and receive candidates.
- Synthesize and report daily/weekly recruitment progress.
- Other tasks assigned by human resources manager.
Request:
- No experience required.
- Love jobs related to recruitment and human resources.
- Good communication skills, proactive, enthusiastic and responsible.
- Have a personal laptop and be proficient in using basic online tools (Zalo, Google Sheet...).
- Priority is given to students majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
