Job Description

* Act as a bridge between Japanese customers and the Offshore project team in Vietnam, solving problems that arise during the project and issues after handover.
* Communicate directly with Japanese customers.
* Learn about operations, receive information from customers and convey it to the project team.
* Responsible for clear spec and QA related to the project.
* Provide solutions, suggest ideas for projects.
* Report project progress to customers according to reporting types.
* Combine with Project Manager to plan and control project implementation progress.
* Perform quality inspection of project output products before delivering to customers.
* Other jobs according to project requirements.
* Working in Japan (Tokyo)
