Helps the Director maintain all aspects of hotel and restaurant operations.
Synthesize and evaluate reports on hotel operations from all departments and divisions.
Assist the Director in building strategic directions for hotel and restaurant development.
Refer/find out about the types of services and customer care of other units in the market to have plans to adjust and improve service quality/customer care quality.
Support the Director in internal and external relations.
Draft documents, documents, and official dispatches as directed by the Director.
