Job Description

SERVICES - BUSINESS AREAS

Production: Pants lining, tape cutting, heat-transfer label, 3D label, zipper processing, semi-finished product processing, etc.
Business: Garment accessories such as plastic buttons, metal buttons, zippers, adhesive tapes, etc.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Support business operations.
Find suppliers and track orders.
Handle problems that arise during the sales process.

2. REQUIREMENTS

Language skills:
- Japanese: N2 level, can read Kanji.
- English: Basic reading, writing and communication.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales assistant.
Ability: Withstand work pressure.

3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary: Up to 20 million VND (Gross).
Benefits:
- Probationary period: 85% salary during probationary period.

4. WORKING CONDITIONS

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, and 1 Saturday per month.
Work location: District 3, HCM

5. INTERVIEW PROCESS

Number of interview rounds: 1 interview round with Japanese HR and Manager.
Note:
- Candidates will need to communicate in Japanese during the interview and read a Japanese document.
- This position will be responsible for the entire sales process, from sourcing suppliers to tracking orders and handling customer inquiries.
