Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Data Entry / System Support: Enter and manage customer drawing data on internal system (Zumeen software).
Contact Headquarter in Japan: Report work progress and participate in meetings with the Japanese side.
Business/office support: Manage invoices, documents; support sales staff and compile data.
Interpretation: Support interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese staff.
Customer care: Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Request:

Gender: Female
Age: Under 29 years old
Education: University graduate

Obligatory:

Japanese level: N2 or higher
Experience working in administrative or customer service positions (no specific industry required)

Prioritize:

Have knowledge of manufacturing / production industry
Experience working in SaaS sales

Working time:

Monday Friday: 8:30 to 17:30

Salary: 500 1000 USD (gross)
Depending on Japanese language ability and work experience
