Job Description

JOB DUTIES
The company is preparing to deploy 300 land products in Binh Duong and Ba Ria Vung Tau areas. The company needs to recruit 02 Sales Managers with the following job requirements:
- Receive direction and business targets from the board of directors, make implementation plans for individuals and groups. Achieve department sales targets
- Develop individual sales plans and business plans for the department
- Support sales staff in sales consulting and closing sales
- Master projects, markets, processes and regulations.
- Monitor, evaluate and report work weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Support colleagues to perform other tasks to complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Be proactive and creative in work, come up with reasonable ideas to contribute to the development of the group and the Floor.

Candidate requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Experience in the field of real estate in a similar position for 2 years or more
- Work organization and time management skills
- Education/professional level: Graduated from College, University or above in business administration or related major.
- Male/female: Age from 25-35, bright appearance, good health
