Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is primarily responsible for managing customer orders, receiving and shipping goods, scheduling shipments, and generating reports related to inventory, sales, and accounts receivable. Additionally, the job involves entering sales prices and inventory data into the MES system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and processing orders from customers.

• Perform goods receiving and dispatching on the system.

• Monitor and update daily shipping schedules for customers.

• Control inventory levels and ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare daily/monthly inventory and sales reports.

• Perform inventory reconciliation and finalize inventory at the end of the month.

• Assist with tasks related to transportation and delivery of goods.

• Update sales data and enter inventory information into the MES system.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management.

• Monitor actual production output and update production progress.

• Compile and report on plans, production, and related inventory levels.

REQUEST:

Candidates must have 5 years or more of experience in production planning and sales positions.
English or Korean communication skills are preferred.
Diligent, quick, careful
Able to withstand high pressure and possess a strong sense of responsibility in the workplace.
We are looking for candidates with the following capabilities: strong leadership skills, experience with data analytics, and experience working with customer relationships.
To meet the job requirements, you need to have an understanding of Sales, knowledge related to Sales Management, and experience working with Coordinators.
