Job Description

Call to visit and consult remotely for customers. Feedback the quality of customer service use to the professional department
Deploying surveys and measuring customer experience, handling customer problems during service use
Receive, process customer feedback & coordinate with telesale to book appointments for customers when interacting on channels from Marketing
Building and implementing gift/gratitude programs for old or current customers on holidays
Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly customer care plans, Proactively propose solutions to improve the quality of customer care and implement programs according to the allowed budget
Compilation of periodic or irregular work results reports at the request of superiors
Train and supervise your department staff
Manage, assign and assign work to employees, build processes, regulations...
Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
