Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
- Manage and lead the company's business and general business development.
- Determine business goals, expand markets, customer attraction programs, find new customers and increase revenue.
- Develop business strategies in each stage.
- Analyze customer information, based on current results to set goals for the next stage.
- Implement budget planning and necessary costs for each business activity.
- Coordinate with related departments to achieve common goals.
- Establish, maintain, and expand potential customer relationships, expand customer base and market.
- Act as a bridge between customers and businesses. Provide sales and customer care strategies according to their needs, turning current customers into loyal customers.
- Receive feedback from customers, offer solutions when customers are dissatisfied. Listen to customers' opinions, then discuss with relevant departments to have plans to improve products, services or sales and care methods.
- Plan activities, assign targets and standards to personnel in the sales department.
- Recruiting sales staff to serve specific strategies and projects.
- Provide professional training and skills for business personnel, and perform other training and guidance tasks. Motivate and motivate employees in the department to work effectively, towards common business goals.
- Ensure the activities of lower level sales staff meet set targets.
- Mainly responsible for sales operations
- Consolidate and build company culture to ensure communication connections to build internal solidarity and create the highest consensus throughout the company to accompany and develop together.
