Job Description

- Analyze the market, competitors, and target customer portraits.
- Develop long-term, medium-term and short-term strategies and plans for B2B channel.
- Develop professional sales policies, regulations and processes.
- Build, recruit, develop and manage B2B Sales staff.
- Plan orders, monitor and control products and debt.
- Develop programs and sales policies for B2B channels.
- Directly search, negotiate, sign contracts, support customers in the agent's business process and customer care.
- Build and develop customer relationships. Expand the market, expand customer files.
