1. Strategy development:
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns to develop stores on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop...)
- Plan to run internal advertising and bid on keywords monthly.
- Market research, trends, product marketing (Live streaming, video advertising...);
- Manage and develop live system of collaborators, KOC, KOLs
2. Floor operation:
- Design and manage products to ensure all images, themes, and product content are accurate and comply with the Company's and the platform's principles.
- Understand how each platform operates and handle all issues on e-commerce platforms.
- Customer care and seeding.
- Receive and manage customer complaints and issues that need to be resolved and provide information to appropriate departments to handle those complaints.
3. Other work:
- Regularly measure, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve the best results;
- Cost management, control and optimization of performance based on given costs;
- Manage prices, understand how to calculate prices, floor fees to build promotional programs for floors and shops.
- Monitor and report periodic revenue from e-commerce platforms.
