    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Organize, manage, and implement accounting work in accordance with legal regulations and the Company's financial regulations.
    • Checking, comparing, and completing accounting documents and records.
    • Control accounting data related to accounts payable, revenue and expenses, salaries, costs, and production costs.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team in compiling, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of data.
    • Provide financial reports, management reports, and data to the Board of Directors.
    • Propose solutions to improve processes, control risks, and enhance financial performance.
    • Advising the Board of Directors on financial management, cost control, and business performance optimization.
    • Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.

    - Job requirements:

    • Female, under 45 years old.
    • Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Cost Accountant position.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in manufacturing or retail chains.
    • Master the Accounting Law, Tax Law, and current regulations.
    • Possesses in-depth knowledge of costs and pricing in manufacturing operations.
    • Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
    • Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with other departments.
