JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building and developing a team of employees in the department under the responsibility of management.
- Managing and training a team of sales staff, real estate consultants; Urging and supervising sales staff to operate effectively;
- Develop business plans and strategies for the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
- Organize and deploy sales activities, assign specific work to team members
- Introduce, guide and advise customers on product-related information
- Monitor and motivate departmental staff to complete personal targets.
- Support staff in developing new customers and taking care of old and potential customers.
- Support employees in negotiating, negotiating, closing transactions with customers in case employees have difficulties and need the support of direct managers;
- Coordinate with Human Resources Department in recruiting and training Real Estate Consultants;
- Responsible for reporting to the Director on the operation and efficiency of the Sales Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

3. At least 01 year in the position of Head of Real Estate Sales Department of Real Estate Companies, Investors;
4. Understanding the real estate market and competitors;
5. Able to manage the team, spread fire, train sales skills to attract personnel;
6. Good communication and persuasion ability, Agile, proactive in work.
