- Overall Marketing Planning
- Build monthly and campaign-specific marketing plans, closely following business goals and brand orientation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure feasibility and effectiveness in implementation.
2. Implement and manage marketing activities
- Online:
- Build a creative Content Calendar that is consistent with your brand message and communication plan.
- Manage and develop content on digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Website, Google Ads
- Offline:
- Conceptualize and organize events such as grand openings, test drives, fairs, exhibitions... to increase awareness and direct interaction with customers.
- Manage printing and production of POSM; closely coordinate with Trade department and suppliers to ensure quality and progress.
3. Track, measure and report marketing performance
- Analyze digital performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversion, CPA...) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic reports on activities, budgets, and campaign effectiveness according to approved plans.
- Proactively propose optimal solutions based on real data.
4. Team management and development
- Manage a team of 23 internal staff and outsourced partners (freelancers, agencies).
- Guide, train, control progress and quality of team work.
- Be the liaison between the Marketing department and other departments such as Sales, Engineering... to ensure effective coordination and consistency in implementation.
