POSITION: PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
1. Job content- Function
Company representative handles all work related to assigned Projects (partners, investors, main contractors, subcontractors... at site level)
2. Mission- Organize, manage and direct the activities of the Command Boards of the projects the Company is implementing. Carry out and organize inspection and control of all activities at construction sites. Make overall plans for construction implementation at projects from contract signing to completion of the project.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, support the arrangement of BCH personnel, material plans, construction manpower, construction progress on schedule, correct techniques, efficiency, labor safety techniques and fire prevention. Approve relevant construction plans of BCHs of construction sites.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
3. REQUIREMENTS- Graduated from University or above; age 30 or above; priority given to candidates who graduated from one of the following majors: Fire Prevention and Fighting, Construction, Engineering;
- Candidates with 4 in 1 diploma issued by Fire Department.
- Candidates have at least 10 years of experience in Project Management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;

- Hardworking, careful, honest;

- Proficient in office software (word, excel, powerpoint).
4. Authority- Mobilizing personnel within the project;
- Temporarily suspend site staff if necessary and report to the Department Head;
- Propose changes/rewards/disciplines for subordinate employees;
- Require departments in the room to meet service requirements for work at the construction site;
- Report directly to the Company's leadership on arising work, progress at the construction site and requests and proposals that are delayed in resolution.
5. Reports to be submitted- Periodically plan the acceptance value to be paid to the Investor.
- Weekly and monthly planning of subcontractor expenses and estimated expenses at the construction site.
- Weekly and monthly assessment of completion percentage according to construction progress.
- Other reports as required by the Company.
