Job Description

Basic salary: 10 - 12 million VND (fixed salary, no KPI) + Room revenue
Income up to 20-30 million
KPI bonuses, holiday bonuses
Full social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance coverage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensure revenue targets are met:
- Develop a portfolio of business products such as individual courses, combo packages, and in-house training for businesses.
- Responsible for KPI metrics and allocating KPIs to employees on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Research competitors and training trends to propose attractive products and adjust pricing/discount policies flexibly.
2. Sales Management
- There is a process in place to increase the conversion rate from data (online/offline) to official students.
- Building a business customer funnel
- Optimized customer experience before, during, and after learning, increasing renewal and referral rates.
3. Human resource management and training
- Providing counseling skills training and professional knowledge to the Admissions team.
- Monitor, evaluate performance, and support staff to ensure the department's overall goals are met.
- Develop and propose mechanisms for immediate bonuses, incentives, and maintaining a culture of decisive and disciplined work.
4. Coordination efforts
- Collaborate and provide feedback to Marketing to optimize data quality.
- Collaborate with specialized departments to organize workshops to reach customers.
- FIRER representatives participate in workshops and collaborate with universities/colleges and partner organizations to expand the direct recruitment network.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
- Minimum 2 years of experience in positions such as Admissions Leader/Admissions Manager or equivalent.
- University degree or higher.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of sales and the education market.
- Strategic thinking, keen revenue and market acumen.
- Capable of building and inspiring teams.
