JOB DETAILS: Managing the construction of fire protection systems and projects, developing construction schedules, construction methods, and construction reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing the construction of fire protection systems and projects, developing construction schedules, construction methods, and construction reports.
- Analyze drawings, check material take-offs for orders.
- Prepare and guide shop drawings, and implement construction.
- Know how to prepare and provide technical guidance on preparing payment and settlement documents for the projects you manage.
- Managing construction supervisors, safety and materials officers in the project management team, and managing subcontractors.
- Representing the company in working with the Investor, Supervision Consultant, and other relevant contractors at the construction site.
- Other duties as required by the Department Head or the Board of Directors.
REQUEST:- Gender: Male. Age: 28 to 40 years old.
- It is possible to travel to the provinces (Northern region).
- Graduated from a regular college or university. Preference will be given to graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Automation.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in fire protection system installation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 Fire Safety Professional Certificate.
- Foreign languages: Not required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Excel, Word, etc.
- Capable of reading blueprints and calculating quantities.
- Possesses strong management and organizational skills.
- Responsible and enthusiastic in their work. Willing to travel to remote and long-term construction sites.
